We spent over a year developing this feature to ensure that it was as easy to use as the rest of Insight. Walk In Manager	Insight's Walk In Manager helps track all your walk in customers on a first come first serve basis improving front desk efficiency. Ideal for Hair salons that do not use an appointment book. Sales The sales module ties all of the clients, employees and inventory sections together. Services Insight makes it easy to list, sell and manage your services whether it will be a single, multi-part or a package of services, it really is quite unique.	• Put each service in a department (Hair, Aesthetics, etc.) and category (Cuts, Colours, Manicures, etc.). • Unlimited different price levels so that different employees can charge different amounts for the same service. • Can assign resources or rooms to be booked along with the service. • Can specify which employees are qualified to perform a particular service and which ones are not, which prevents appointment booking mistakes. • Automatically ask for professional products used at time of service (for specific color formulas) • Choose from over 100 Colour codes for each different service. • Combine services into packages that are easy to book. • Service description message for recording special details of the service and service warning messages for recording medical /allergy alerts.

Tanning Insight allows for all types of specialised tanning services to allow total flexibility for any business providing UV or spray tanning services. Set up all your tanning packages based on number of minutes, number of sessions or unlimited. Packages can be set to expire whenever you choose or not at all.	• Put each tanning service in a department category (Tanning, UV and Spray) and the time for each tanning service • Can assign UV beds to each tanning service. • Add usage messages and warning messages attached to the tanning services. • Choose from over 100 Colour codes for each tanning service. • Create different types of packages from unlimited package type, per minute package type and session/series package types. • Enable package expiry dates from purchase date, from first redemption, on a specific date and never expires. • Tanning timer manager supporting T-Max tanning beds and management system.

Packages Use the Package Booking wizard to walk you through the seven easy steps to booking a package of services. In only a few seconds, Insight will list all of the available times when the services can be provided and allow you to choose the time that works best for your client.	The package booking wizard is a quick and easy way to book multiple packages with ease. • Book multiple services as packages. • Create special packages for Anniversaries, Mothers Day, Valentine's Day and other special occasions. • Add any important notes to the package.

Products The Insight Inventory module will track all of your retail and professional products easily and accurately. It also tracks your vendors, categories, product lines, and even prints barcode labels if necessary.	• Put each product in a department (Hair, Beauty, etc.) and category (Shampoo, Skin Care, etc.) • Retail inventory tracking linked to sales so that on hand quantities are automatically updated • Track order level, on order, back ordered and received dates. • Setup special promotional sale pricing for individual products with start and end dates which automatically discounts. • Can generate a barcode number automatically or use the one already printed on the package • Automatically order a fixed number of a product when the quantity reaches a certain level or order whatever is required to bring the on hand value back up to a specified level. • Keep a photo for each product for easy identification. • Product Usage messages for recording special instructions. • Product Warning messages for recording medical/ allergy alerts.
