Support + Updates

We have made an unparalleled commitment to providing excellent customer support for all of our clients…big or small. Our goal is to become a vital partner in the continued success of each business using the Insight software.

When you purchase Insight, we include one full year* of unlimited technical support via our 1300 720 854 number. When you are comparing support plans make sure they are giving full support. The fact that we are paying all the long distance charges is a great motivator to make sure we have created the easiest most reliable software available. In most cases you will also notice that our 1300 support package is actually less expensive than our competitors' packages where you pay extra for long distance charges.

Support + Updates

Another important factor is that you will also receive all of the updates made to Insight for a full year after your purchase absolutely free. These updates add new features (as requested by our clients), improve the software (based on comments from you), and include all of the payroll tax updates (something our competitors like to charge extra for). Our commitment is to continue to improve Insight every day to ensure that we are meeting the changing needs of all our users.

After your first year is complete, you will have the option to renew your support/updates for another year. Simply pay the renewal fee and you will receive support and software updates for another full year. If you choose not to renew, your software will continue to work since you own the license and all of the information stored by Insight. In that case, we will always be available to offer emergency support for a “per incident” charge, however you will not be able to get "per incident" software updates as you will need to pay for all missed updates.
